I worked at Phone Bank Systems part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No movement required, no menial tasks

Management has cleverly made it nearly impossible to hit bonus thresholds Customers are usually irate and annoyed because they get calls from PBS daily

    Compensate workers better

  3. This was a good place to work for college students looking to make a little bit of extra cash.

    Pros

You didn't have to try to SELL things to callers. I liked that you were just taking inbound calls from people who WANTED to order a specific product. You work mostly with other college aged students. Also, it was nice because during times when the phone calls where not coming in, you were allowed to read a book or do whatever else you wanted to do.

    Cons

If you want to work more than part-time, it may be difficult to get the amount of hours to do so.

    Advice to Management

Everyone was very approachable and easy going. I never had any problems with the management or the job in general.
