Pros – There is a base salary, which is nice.
Training is very good, you learn a lot and they are willing to spend the money to teach you
Easy job if you are good at sales.
Cons – There is always a "carrot" danging in front of you that you never seem to be able to reach.
The management has issues, they are good some days, horrible others.
They make you spend too much time in the office with pointless meetings and trainings, and 8 hours a week are wasted on this.
Advice to Senior Management – Less meetings, let your people sell.
If it's not broke don't fix it.
