ProsEmployees are good to work with.

ConsTreats employees like replaceable widgets. Uncertain future as the EMRs are replicating the same functionality and Phytel is struggling to differentiate themselves.

    Average company....

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsInteresting company to work at.....flexible time off....compensation about average.

ConsWhen I started working at Phytel the culture was great....as the company got bigger....lost sight of employee culture. Employees not recognized for work done.....too many directors that do not deserve the title and undefined job duties. Also practices in unethical HR practices.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
