Pros – Health insurance. Breaks given regularly. Good co workers.
Cons – Low pay and no raises. They are very unethical and hateful towards people outside of their community. Sacrifices integrity for looking good.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your people what they are worth and stop being so hateful towards people of other races and religions....

I worked at Pikeville Medical Center
Pros – The fact they give gift certificates for the holidays and they give gifts out. Some of the people are nice
Cons – The pay isnt as good as you would think, there are too many cliques, and they dont care about anything but being number 1
Advice to Senior Management – Be more appreciative and thankful for your workers and have a better understanding of problems that your staff can have at home and be gratful for the ones that really want to work.

I worked at Pikeville Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great health insurance at a very reasonable price, especially for the family plan. Same price regardless of how many children are on the plan.
Cons – There is little job security. Many managers (middle and senior) are rotated through the positions within 10-18 months. Education and achievement are not recognized and there is no raise based on cost of living or merit. Overall moral is poor.
Advice to Senior Management – Poor moral leads to a drain of great talent. Your employees see what is happening and don't feel appreciated. Be genuine and transparent with your actions.
