“Like being in the military without the benefits”
Former Employee – worked at Pilot Flying J full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Customers are great the co workers are cool
Cons – You do as they say or you would wish you had. Your hours get cut you be lucky if you can go to the bathroom.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to treat your employees with respect. You will acomplish more. Need to get out the office and help your staff.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
