    Pros

The employers are kind and understanding, the co-workers are good with teamwork, you can meet a lot of interesting people and the hours are great.

    Advice to Management

Be a little more considerate in letting workers know ahead of time you need them to cover a shift so they will have adequate time to accommodate the needs of the company.

    Pros

They have good benefits and PIP programs. They helped me develop more as a leader.

    Cons

-pay (they raise hourly wage due to high cost of living but not managements and many employees make more than their managers -if you're good at something you're stuck there -above store management really do not really care about the work/home life balance -no support -overworked -no formal job training

    Advice to Management

Learn to really care about and appreciate your employees. Stop working people until they quit! When somebody is asking for help HELP THEM and take them seriously.
