good benefits - can be a great working environment and when the housing market shifts back to where it belongs everything will go back to normal - there are great chanes for you to move on up with this company and the onsite personal and upper level staff allow those positives to get the attention they deserve -

Cons

small town...small office - everyone is very much involved in your personal life as if it were their own

major downside currently would just be the housing market in general - its dead and there is no clear sign as to when things are going to pick back up

makes small things bigger than they should be and hurts you in moving in a forward direction when you yourself dont even see the light at the end of the tunnel

employees need vacation time and employers who take care of their workers have happy workers
