Pros – Being surrounded by innovative progress and people with out of the box ideas was inspiring.

Cons – Break room seemed to get smaller as the company started to expand. Employees usually eat like a family together in one room.

Pros – Pinger is effectively a start up despite having been around since 2006, and as such it's an small, cooperative and agile environment. Great product ideas, engineering focused, and great support overall.

Cons – As a small company, you really need to fit into the culture.

Pros – Great brand/marketing, nice and hardworking people, great pay, beautiful office inside, free parking permit, happy hour on Fridays and birthday cakes monthly, monthly all hands

Cons – Downtown San Jose can be kind of ghetto to some people, exit strategy unclear
