  1. Good work environment for students and part time workers. Managers and co-workers will determine your experiences

I worked at Pinkberry part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

If you enjoy talking with strangers this is a good place. Many customers come in a good mood so it's easy to talk to them.

    Cons

fellow co-workers and managers can sometimes make or break the day. Sometimes I felt they wanted workers to follow a corporate standard too much when working with customers. It takes away from a workers own style.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'm sure team members would enjoy seeing managers work with customers every once in a while. Do also check on the shift leads from time to time to make sure they're doing their on share of work. Some Shift leads were a bit lazy.

  2. horrible job

    Pros

there are no pros, dont work here. it sucks so much

    Cons

    long hours
    horrible pay
    management plays favorites
must upkeep stupid "peppy" attitude at all times
don't work here, you will want to kill yourself.

  3. This is the worst franchise (not applicable to all Pinkberry locations as each is independently owned and operated) I have ever worked for!

    Pros

The pros to this job is that you get free yogurt when you work and the staff is awesome and the customers are great.

    Cons

The are many cons to this location. First of the owner is super hard to understand because she speaks poor English, on top of that she clearly doesn't know nor does she care what the law says about break periods and she will cut your hours at the drop off a hat for no reason.

    Pros

the only pro are the people, they are really genuine people no politics here & honestly that is it

    Cons

disorganized, they seem to always change direction and have no clear vision of what Pinkberry wants to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

disorganized, dysfunctional, no clear communication, management has no clue about the customer anymore and our frozen yogurt has lost its quality

I worked at Pinkberry part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The atmosphere was laid back for the most part, flexible hours, it was a good college job

    Cons

Political in the way they promote shift leads... I worked my butt off for those people for two years but because the franchise owner didn't like me because one time I wasn't smiling when he walked through the door I never had a chance of being promoted. Not only that, but I only got an 80 cent raise the whole time I was there (I left for a month when it was slow in December so I could focus on finals and because there were no hours available, and they reset me when I came back so I had to wait another full 6 months before my performance review.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to your workers and promote the ones who work the hardest and care about and communicate the product to customers. That is our job. There was no one who was a more enthusiastic product ambassador than I was and my experience with the company has only tarnished my opinion of it.
