    Pros

Started working at Pinnacle over 3 years ago and have never been bored at work a single day. I like the people I work with. Almost everyone here really cares about doing a good job. Many are also friends outside of work and it makes a nice culture. There is a lot of energy in the office. Our CEO is awesome and inspires us to do better and think bigger every day. Some leadership changes last year were really positive and have provided new opportunities for several people to grow their roles and to impact the company in great ways. We've also added new positions and communication tools to provide a better experience for our employees, both in the corporate office and at client sites. We are focusing on more communication and outreach to people who are working remotely. Looking forward to seeing what we accomplish and how we improve in the next year! This is definitely a great place to work.

    Cons

I wish the office were closer to my house.

    Pros

Coworkers are welcoming and friendly. This is the first place I have worked where I haven't felt micromanaged and I feel like my ideas are appreciated. My boss treats me like a teammate, so that's nice.

    Cons

The purpose of my position is to solve problems and help consultants which can be stressful and challenging at times.

    Pros

The office environment is very friendly and informal; I got to know my managers personally within a few weeks and even hang out with them on weekends now. Very passionate group of people; every one here works as hard as they can to get people into the jobs they deserve. It's also a great place to start a new career and advance yourself; I had a degree in Computer Engineering and only had a job in a bakery to show for it, but now I'm working with great people and learning IT infrastructure management from real professionals. Benefits are manageable and very affordable, with a 401k plan to boot. Pay is fair and with a lot of room for advancement for those who work for it, not to mention PTO. I'm glad I managed to find this opportunity.

    Cons

Work hours can be a little weird now and then; I've had to work over a handful of weekends, but nothing too bad.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see more company wide team building events. There hasn't been one in quite some time.

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Keep your Contract workers working especially if they are reliable workers!

Great people to work with, leadership tries to let employees relax through happy hours and other events. CEO is very passionate about seeing her company grow.

High turn over (nature of staffing industry). Lack of work-life balance for recruiting team. Some team members only watch out for themselves.
