Details
Pros
The fun work environment. I teach fitness classes at a corporate facility and the people and class participants are great. The facilities are kept clean and the staff provide members various programs to meet their fitness needs.
Cons
There aren't many. I would like to be able to teach a few more classes but there aren't any openings for classes at this time.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate with fitness instructors more frequently so we are aware of the management's focus.
