I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time

    Pros

Benefits are good and career development is available.

    Cons

I have no complaints as of today. The company seems to really care about the culture and takes ideas and runs with them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The use of a large amount of temps is discouraging for their chances of getting hired on full time. There are very loyal workers that could use the benefits.
