    Pros

The GM was very helpful and I learned so much from him. They treat all employees equal, not matter the position. All great people to work with. The GM made working there so much fun. We had PB games every year that he made up himself.

    Cons

The cons for me were working in a production type atmosphere. I prefer the office atmosphere, but here they are kind of all in the same.

    Pros

Great co-workers! Pretty laid back atmosphere. Loved my boss but he transferred into another roll. I left when he did because things started to be restructured.

    Pros

People are generally friendly, enthusiastic, and talented. The offices are modern.

    Cons

It was impossible to get H.R. to make exceptions when my education qualified me for a higher-level job. I chose to leave rather than continue to be under-employed and under-acknowledged. I would have liked t stay, but rules is rules. I was also disappointed that the job holders meetings rejected people's suggestions almost universally.

I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

In it's glory days PB was a great giant and everyone was proud to work for them. Today no real pros come to mind. You can trust nothing that is said or done.

    Cons

The company is failing. There are continuing layoffs with no warning. Jobs are off shored daily. Experience is not valued and kicked out the door. Customers are at the bottom of the list of priorities. All in all terrible management from the top all the way down. I can not name a single sole that demonstrates leadership ability anymore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some leadership courses and implement what you are taught. Better yet BEG MIKE CRITELLI to take pity on you and show you how to run a company.
