Pros
At pizza hut it is after all a "first job" area. As for advancing you can't really get far unless you go to college but the do give raises and defiantly notice hard work.
Cons
The problem with pizza hut is the fact that there are many people in these fast food places that after a month or two into their job they don't take it very seriously; it takes a while for management to notice this.
Advice to Senior Management
You should check up on your workers ~ every 3 months to make sure that they doing the best they can. Also don't be afraid to hire younger people! I noticed that when it's their first job they are either very serious about their work or not at all serious.
Pros
People, work environment, daily challenges
Cons
broken promises throughout the company
Advice to Senior Management
