Not the job I expected it to be

    Ops Manager (Current Employee)

ProsNot a lot to talk about, you do get 401K and you do get a week's paid vacation after a year. The discount is the best part though

ConsAs a manager, I have not received a raise on my salary only in bonus. I don't get very good communication or feedback from my manager and it seems like if you're someone's buddy then you get to advance.

    Hard work for little pay

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) Prosper, TX

ProsEmployee discounts, free uniforms, good experience, good starting point, ideal for high school/college student

ConsFew raises, few promotions, overworked, underpaid, bad hours, preferential treatment, retaliation, bad district managers, cheap owner

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to realize that their employees are valuable and treat them as such. I received 3 raises in a 4 year period, and didn't get one when I was promoted from Shift Lead to AGM. I left quickly after.

Pizza Hut Delivery Driver (Current Employee)

    ProsStaff are generally friendly.

ConsSometimes things can get a little unprofessional

Advice to Senior ManagementTake more time to correct employees in beneficial ways, as opposed to letting work related frustrations guide your behavior.

    Easy Work, Really Boring

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Miami, FL

ProsYou learn to handle customers and you can use that experience to get another job. The job is also quite simple it's good pay for the job that is done.

ConsAfter a while the job can get quite tedious and repetitive. It's just routine and the problems you come across to solve are usually one's that you've come across before.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe management was okay. Most of the time the only way you could move up was through having connections. Not much came from rewarding my efforts.
