    Pros

There was very good managment training and the experience prepared me to be succesful in other buisnesses.

    Cons

The pay was poor and hour were horrible at times. As a manager, you should expect to work most weekends and holidays. Say goodbye to your family if they are on a Mon - Fri schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move to a company where the bottom line is big enough to pay you for what you're worth.

    Pros

Management was very flexible with scheduling, Got hourly pay + tips that you don't have to claim. After so many Accident-Free Hours you would accumulate money bonuses! Their Yum benefits matched 100% of what you put in your 401 k.

    Cons

I really loved my time in and out of the store, really disliked some uniforms and the smell of my shirt amongst taking it off!

    Pros

Liked the people i worked with, and not got tired of the food. Delivering is a pretty good gig. I basically got paid to drive around and listen to music. I only made minimum wage, plus 1.50 per delivery to cover gas. As long as you have a car that gets decent gas mileage you're set. The tips were pretty good, on a busy night it wasn't uncommon to take home $100

    Cons

Had to drive my own vehicle.

    Pros

Love the coworkers and the laid back atmosphere. The freedom of being alone on the road is definitely a plus in my book.

    Cons

Poor training of make line employees causes pizzas to come out of the oven very late. Instead of addressing the real problem, management puts the blame on the drivers because of the poor delivery time numbers. How can we get pizzas to the door on time if they aren't coming out of the oven until they're 30-40 minutes old. Managements brilliant answer... Hire more drivers... And as you may have guessed, more drivers means less deliveries per driver, which translates to less money and shocker... More driver turn around. Drivers quit left and right at this place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I understand that Pizza Hut is a business and is in business to make money, but please treat your employees with respect and reward your hard workers. They are the life blood of your company. The last thing you want is bad blood.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better raises for employees offered to become shift leaders because they don't get tips the way they would working as a waiter/waitress or delivery driver

    Cons

They tend to overwork you for veey little pay. Their benefits suck, they might as well not have any. They also only give 10 cent raises every year.
