Pros

Besides the beer? :) I know that not everyone is suited for working at PlainJan's, but if you are flexible and can move from one task to another quickly and efficiently, then it's a great place to work. It's definitely NOT a boring place to work. There is always a lot of activity going on, so a person has to be a quick thinker and be able to work independently AND be able to take instructions from a variety of people.

Cons

The same atmosphere that inspires some, is often the downfall for others. If you can't move quickly from one task to another and from 'being your own boss' to taking orders from several people, the this is NOT the place for you. It is a quick paced company and a person has to be quick paced to keep up.

Advice to Senior Management

If you give someone authority, don't take it back the next day, week or month.
