Management needs to treat their employees with more respect and not dwell on saving pennies. Management is looking out for their own backs, no teamwork!

Advice to Senior Management

They dont care about high turn-over so dissatisfied employees don't matter.

Pros

Everyone is supper friendly and they push you to learn and become better. The push you to be really amazing in a week. And after training you won't need help anymore.

Cons

The cons are that you have to learn the menu. They make you take 5 tests. and if you fail you will lose the job.

Advice to Senior Management

The management is great as long as you are great to them. They will undestand what you are going through.

Pros

Flexibe scheduling is available, good money in a short period of time, fellow employees were great to work with, good music.

Cons

Micro managed, inconsistent communication between mgmt and employees. Probably a tribute to the poor culture at CNH. Inapropriate comment made about workers appearance.

Advice to Senior Management

start treating your employees with respect. Things do not have to be a game, become more consistant and less militant.
