Sometimes have to work bad weekend hours
Slow days and certain times can be boring and routine
Not very much room to move up

Advice to Senior Management

Scheduling needs to be re done. Also, training was very little and management levels are unclear. More organization is needed and communication of expectations.

Pros

Nice atmosphere, da place smells good for fast food... I could play my own music like in a small coffee shop type place, which makes soo much difference. Customers are generally alright, managers were pretty cool. Best part, we got tips at my location, and it worked out to be about $10/hour with tips, at the very least. not bad.

Cons

No place to advance...none. Got to open your own store to make real money.

Advice to Senior Management

Start making assistant managers who make more money, have more responsiblity, and who will cover shifts when a someone blows off their job. Pay an assistant manager $10/hour and you will have a strong store... and that person can easily advance to a manager position = fair.
