Cons – Organization is overly large and not streamlined, low pay, young and inexperienced staff, supervisors can be unavailable due to broad responsibilities, limited interdepartmental communication leads to duplicated services, ageism

Advice to Senior Management – Be more in contact with your staff, especially those in non clinical departments. Focus on community involvement and fundraising, as is common and productive in non California PPA agencies. Reach out to your volunteers and create volunteer trainings. Investigate departmental ageism.
