My experience at Plastic Omnium was a fun adn rewarding one.

    Assembler (Former Employee) Norcross, GA

ProsThe pros of working at Plastic Omnium are great pay, benefits, and fellow employees.

ConsThe main con of working for Plastic Omnium was that the warehouse was not air conditioned so during the summer it can get very hot.

Advice to Senior ManagementSome things that needed to be improved was on 2nd shift when working mandatory overtime. At the end of the shift having to stay even later to reach the production quota for the day because first shift hadn't hit their numbers.

    A lot of favoritism shown

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Anderson, SC

ProsPays pretty well and the benefits are good.

ConsThere is quite a bit of favoritism shown, especially in the technical jobs!

Advice to Senior ManagementLook a little deeper into the performance and punctuality of your tech workers.

    Terrible place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsBeing a Citadel Investment Group affiliate, Omnium looks good on a resume. Employees have exposure to all levels of the business and some great contacts in the industry.

ConsThe way Omnium treats its employees is embarrassing. Very few of the employees are happy and the vast majority are looking for new jobs. Morale is low, compensation is low and respect is non-existant. Belittling is encouraged.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave you noticed how terrible your employee retention is? Loyalty is built by treating employees like people.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
