I worked at Plastic Omnium full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pros of working at Plastic Omnium are great pay, benefits, and fellow employees.

    Cons

The main con of working for Plastic Omnium was that the warehouse was not air conditioned so during the summer it can get very hot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some things that needed to be improved was on 2nd shift when working mandatory overtime. At the end of the shift having to stay even later to reach the production quota for the day because first shift hadn't hit their numbers.

I have been working at Plastic Omnium full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Above average pay for this area. Most of the facility is air conditioned and indoors. Great benefits. $50 gift card for Christmas bonus.

    Cons

Entirely too many hours (60-80 per week for some). Politics run rampant. Poor morale throughout facility. Nobody is held accountable (could be a pro?)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on employee morale and quit making empty promises. Cleanse the workforce of narcissists, they are the leeches of this company.

    Pros

Pays pretty well and the benefits are good.

    Cons

There is quite a bit of favoritism shown, especially in the technical jobs!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Plastic Omnium

    Pros

Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior looks good on a resume. Employees have exposure to all levels of the business and some great contacts in the industry.

    Cons

The way Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior treats its employees is embarrassing. Very few of the employees are happy and the vast majority are looking for new jobs. Morale is low, compensation is low and respect is non-existant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Belittling is encouraged.
