    Pros

Love the atmosphere and the way that all the workers get along. This is also the first job I've worked where I love working with the customers, especially since graduation season is starting. It's so fun to help the customers find a good dress for the occasions!

    Cons

The only real complaint I have is the lack of hours. (The most days I've ever worked is three days in a week)

    Advice to Management

Management should give people more hours.

    Pros

    Flexible Scheduling (dependent on franchisee)
Opportunities to Advance (dependent on franchisee)
Good first job, especially if you like fashion

    Cons

Training isn't very thorough depending on the training managers have received.
So many rules (Company and Franchisee both)
    High School atmosphere
Franchisee usually isn't open to new ideas
Rude customers on a daily basis, which makes the daily job very stressful
Unable to call out (even when sick)
    Unprofessional atmosphere (Franchisee)
Favoritism plays a huge role in advancement

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect, face the issue with employees head on, don't tell every employee that a certain employee is in trouble before letting the employee in question know. Be more professional.
