Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Feeling of good co-worker community. Benefits. Strategic placement for those who might not advance as quickly into useful roles. Time off requests not frowned upon.
Cons – Disciplinary action is routinely taken on the advice of customer interaction without first discussing issues with the disciplined employee. Pay does not advance to meet responsibility expectation as your experience progresses. Training is multiple choice tests after videos that do not prepare you for the years of hands on experience that the job requires for success. Advanced positions are presented as lucrative career opportunities that realistically pay only a few dollars above entry level.
Pros – They are nice to you at the beginning.
People there are friendly
benefits are not bad
Cons – No training programs to help new people learn about the products
If the sales people make a mistake sending out products, the driver is blamed
If you are struggling, management waits until you make more mistake, then fire you
Advice to Senior Management – none, since they never believe they are ever wrong
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
