    Pros

This family owned company is willing to train and promote their employees. The culture is friendly and upbeat most of the time. Average to above average pay for the industry, depending on your skill set and how badly they want you.

    Cons

Management tend to stress out over visits by the president or CEO, mostly because they are the owners of the company.

Current Employee - Driver/Warehouse in Clackamas, OR

I have been working at Platt Electric full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Feeling of good co-worker community. Benefits. Strategic placement for those who might not advance as quickly into useful roles. Time off requests not frowned upon.

    Cons

Disciplinary action is routinely taken on the advice of customer interaction without first discussing issues with the disciplined employee. Pay does not advance to meet responsibility expectation as your experience progresses. Training is multiple choice tests after videos that do not prepare you for the years of hands on experience that the job requires for success. Advanced positions are presented as lucrative career opportunities that realistically pay only a few dollars above entry level.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
