A place with many learning opportunities

Entry Level (Former Employee) Beaverton, OR

ProsGooding training program and tuition reimbursement , the company encourages their employees to learn.
Hard working people, and a lot of team building

Provide great customer service, has a good reputation within the industry

    ConsManagement heads move around
The pay is not as good
Workload is hard, always trying to test your "limits"

Good entry pay and benefits but lack of substantial follow through.

    Driver/Warehouse (Current Employee) Clackamas, OR

ProsFeeling of good co-worker community. Benefits. Strategic placement for those who might not advance as quickly into useful roles. Time off requests not frowned upon.

ConsDisciplinary action is routinely taken on the advice of customer interaction without first discussing issues with the disciplined employee. Pay does not advance to meet responsibility expectation as your experience progresses. Training is multiple choice tests after videos that do not prepare you for the years of hands on experience that the job requires for success. Advanced positions are presented as lucrative career opportunities that realistically pay only a few dollars above entry level.

If the sales people make a mistake sending out products, the driver is blamed
If you are struggling, management waits until you make more mistake, then fire you

Advice to Senior Managementnone, since they never believe they are ever wrong
