    Cons-Pay isn't great; that's expected
    -Not very well known
-No career opportunities; again, I expected that

ProsCustomers are great, and it's rewarding to work with and save families money.

ConsLow pay, poor work conditions, lack of appreciation and recognition.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet your act together, and create universal standards for your stores. Many stores are complete under achievers from a profitability stand point due to a lack of leadership from the top.

    Great employees. Poor management.

Sales Associate (Current Employee) Greenville, NC

ProsGood atmosphere. Employees get along well. Get to talk about sports all day. Get to try out all the equipment.

ConsPoor management. Not many customers come in. Because of this, there is a lot of dead time. Low pay with little chance of a raise or promotion.

Advice to Senior ManagementStick to the policy that we only buy "quality gently used" sporting goods. We buy too much garbage and we lose money on everything we can't resell.
