    Pros

Retail is always a great place to start your professional career, even if you aren't planning on going into business or sales. You are able to learn how to communicate effectively and how to read a variety of different and unique personalities.

    Cons

The pay is less than great. You have to understand that you will not be working there for the rest of your life and it is the start of your professional career.

    Advice to Management

The winters are great and the summers are rough in regards to sales. You have to understand that there are historic trends that support this idea. No need to freak out.

    Pros

This company exposes you to a variety of aspects. If you love sports and enjoy sales, this is a great place to be. You learn how to communicate with so many different people in different situations.

    Cons

Communication with customers can also be a negative. It can be very frustrating when a customer does not agree with the offer that was given. You need to have a strong backbone. This is a great job for a starting position, not for a career.

    Advice to Management

Teach more about resolving issues that can escalate quickly. This can promote better customer service and reach a higher altitude for a great work environment.

    Pros

Play it again sports is a great place to work. It is a fun and fast paced work environment. I would recommend it.

    Cons

Pay isn't great for the amount of manual labor required but it is a part time hourly position. With that in mind it is still a good job.

    Advice to Management

Allow the individual stores to control the buying process of used products more. It is beneficial for the stores to have more flexibility.
