I have been working at PokerStars full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay is fair, and there are annual bonuses & benefits (on a case by case basis also relocation), plus medical insurance. Friendly atmosphere.

    Cons

Frequent overtime is needed, due to many ongoing activities.
There are occasions of great stress, and professional growth opportunities are heavily dependent on the line manager's choice.
