Former Employee – worked at Polaris FT full-time for more than a year
Pros – Lovely work location, great Cafe, wonderful menu, variety of projects and opportunities to learn and diversify. Middle management is good but Sr management operates like a family owned
Cons – Top heavy company, lot of product focus but in a wrong industry (IT) - product bought from CITI years back and was rebranded and rebuilt - lot of effort went in and finally the product is stable

Former Employee – worked at Polaris FT full-time for less than a year
Pros – It is good at some points but due to some people I can say the company of politics.
Cons – I can't suggest it is upto them but I personally feel that some account managers play a big politics game and discontinue from your employment. See JPMC account manager is one of them.
Advice to Senior Management – I don't feel comfortable to work with Polaris. No proper planning and just big thoughts. They talk like very good speech from some political member like in India but never execute..........Anyway I am happy to out from employment from Polaris but be aware to go with this company.

Pros – Sorry. I couldn't find. I think Polaris should try in Indian Politics as they play very good games. I suggest to leave consulting business.
Cons – As I mentioned, you can see good politics games. No good Senior Account managers. And they can only push you for the deadlines without knowing technical challenges. I think Polaris has to provide some knowledge to them.
Advice to Senior Management – I don't want to suggest as they claim they already have good management but really they don't have.

Former Employee – worked at Polaris FT full-time for more than a year
Pros – Been thinking what to write in this space for the last 5 minutes.... you get the idea. Well now I've thought about it for 10 minutes, still nothing...
Cons – Shallow employees. Very clique closed groups that do not want to have newcomers join their groups. Old timers don't take well to newcomers.
Advice to Senior Management – Get real!!! If you drive around long enough you will reach any goal, but there are quicker ways to get there if you do it intelligently.

Former Employee – worked at Polaris FT full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Top Management's Leadership is excellent. Sr. Management is very clear what they are doing. If you are smart and talented, you will have nice growth. Immediate managers are friendly, highly professional and no politics. If your education background or have experience in FBSI (Financial, Banking, Securities and Insurance), this is the company to join. DBAs, Networking, HR, other Admin and non technical Staff are highly professional. You will see lot of people with 15+Yrs and still with Polaris..
Cons – Delayed decision making at Mid Level Management. Management seems like not keen growing in Non FBSI projects/clients. Thus, the growth rate for resources who are working in non-FBSI projects/client, very slow.
Advice to Senior Management – My advice to top management is, it will be really great, if market segmentation strategy is revisted within FBSI and have little more aggressive growth strategy with (little more)dynamic people in Sales side.

You will never get response from HR and finance department for your queries.
