I have been working at Polaris FT

    Pros

Decent client base , project variety , competitive pay etc

    Cons

This company is not suitable for women . Highly biased towards men . Women are treated as HR/admin workers, or glorified baits for sales meetings . Women in management are rare onsite, and if there are a few , they are expected to look pretty and dress provocatively during customer meetings . HR team is powerless and the men in senior management are crude and crack double meaning jokes in presence of women associates . It is humiliating and degrading to women employees .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and implement HR policies to protect women in the organization . The CEO is from Infosys and some of the women encouraging policies of Infosys can be implemented here .
