Software Performance Engineer (Senior Teamn Lead/Consultant) (Current Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsNow-n-Then opportunity to learn new things.

ConsNo benefits package as such including Medical.
Low Pay scale compared to market rate.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompensation has been a BIG step back for a long time when compared to other companies in the same financial sector. Money is not everything as long as we don't feel the need for it. Not many people would persist in a low paying environment.
