    Pros

Great people to work with; wonderful atmosphere and caring employers! I would definitely recommend working here. Experience is necessary. Fast paced!

    Cons

Fast paced, a large workload and long hours! Sometimes hours can spill into evenings and weekends as well as be able to be on call after hours for emergencies. These made it difficult to remain excited to go to work.

    Advice to Management

Continue to remain involved and supportive of employees. Continue to grow and change as the company grows and changes. Continue catering to clients and putting their needs first.

    Pros

-Great Supervisors: Competent, good leaders. Most of them have come up through the organization and worked the different jobs throughout the plant which makes them knowledgeable and good problem solvers. -Job security -Stock options for full time and seasonal workers

    Cons

-Can be hard work, especially during peak season. However, this is a good thing in terms of job security. -Seasonal workers benefits aren't great, but it's not really expected for seasonal workers either!

    Advice to Management

Always remember to keep the little man in mind! It's something that your leadership is good at, and it is what makes working their worth the had work.
