    I worked at Polaris

    Pros

-Great Supervisors: Competent, good leaders. Most of them have come up through the organization and worked the different jobs throughout the plant which makes them knowledgeable and good problem solvers.
    -Job security
-Stock options for full time and seasonal workers

    Cons

-Can be hard work, especially during peak season. However, this is a good thing in terms of job security.
-Seasonal workers benefits aren't great, but it's not really expected for seasonal workers either!

I have been working at Polaris full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The work pressure is very very less. They give ample time to complete a work given to you. You will easily get promotions and hikes if a good performance is shown.

    Cons

The main problem working here is salaries paid here are very very less. Especially the freshers are paid very less wages. It will be more than 50 percent less compared to others.
