Pros

It's a leading company in the financial industry;
the workplace is comfortable in headquarter;
the company has various innovation products and good IT system.

Cons

It's not easy to transfer between department,
some of the managers don't have competence for his/her position,
promotion may not depends on your capacity.

Advice to Senior Management

Give more chances to those employees that have better profession in the field and great competence through work, not those with connections but lack of experiences.

Pros

Pretty standard local securities environment to work. The only plus side is that its lcoation is unbeatable and good for frequent traders.

Cons

Everything else is pretty bad including packages, management and the quality of the staff in general. Waste of time .

Advice to Senior Management

The only thing the mgt team can do is to recruit more quality staffs, better packages and tools asserted .
