I have been working at Polo Ralph Lauren full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Hours, benefits, discounts, vacation time, the creativity, people, the diversity, travel. You work to live at this company, not live to work.

    Cons

Salary range and raises are not as competitive as other companies. There is a lot of people involved in decision making. It is hard to climb a corporate ladder since all of the higher up execs have been with RL for a long time.

I have been working at Polo Ralph Lauren

    Pros

Pay is above average. The people love the brand that they work for. The customer relationships.

    Cons

    Business processes, efficiency is lacking.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The required age is too low, we shouldn't have 16yo selling something that a mature demographic is buying.
