Pros – They are always hiring. This is a great starting point for your career in IT. Get a position stay for 2-5 years get the experience you need and then move on to new company.
Cons – People are always leaving. Lots of great workers left while I was working here.

Cons – Seems to be a constant employee purge and the letting go of solid and key people, a revolving door. A clear gap in middle and upper management of communication and objectives. Too many upper managers more interested in themselves.
Advice to Senior Management – Get in touch with the business and employees. Recognize the poor managers and get rid of them, there are too many favorites in upper management. Focus on the employees and customers.
