    I worked at Popeyes

    Pros

The company treats employees with respect. Good environment. Popeye's customers are generally happy people

    Cons

The main con of the job would be the lack of promotion. The pay scale here is okay compared to other chains however there isn't much room for growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better employee promotion program

It's challenging, hectic, and unpredictable but you'll pretty much have someone who'll help you when you need it.

    Pros

Free meal on your first day on the job and if you get called in to cover someone's shift, 50% discount on everything, flexible schedule, nice co-workers who brighten your day after dealing with rude customers, easy work in general

    Cons

It can really be testing on your patience, a lot of hard working for little pay, there's always that ONE customer that complains about something being wrong with their food when there really isn't, long hours and sometimes you don't get a break

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None.

    Pros

I really enjoyed being able to taste test new products. I loved being a part of the decorating process each month as well. My favorite part was the fast paced environment and the fun features of the store.

    Cons

The people are definitely challenging to serve. You get all kinds of people!

    Pros

Sanitary conditions are always taken to up-most quality for health of our customers. We care for our customers making sure they had everything they wanted.

    Cons

Commodities weren't to the standards of humane production for enough nutrition to customers from the over competition of fast food corporations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less preservatives in the jams. There is too much bad stuff in the sauces as well, fresh dipping sauce stations would be cool.
