You can have a real impact on people's lives. Very rewarding work. I love the wellness support given at Porter-Starke. Management cares and listens to staff! Wages are competitive for the industry.

    Cons

Paperwork is the nature of healthcare right now.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Tons of great experience that makes you step out of you comfort zone, great benefits, great team work, great clients

    Cons

Compensation is very bad. People are under paid for what they do hear compared to other agencies. Sometimes the environment is unsafe to work in. Theres also a ton a paperwork that is expected to be done when there isnt enough time in the day to complete.

    No overtime allowed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
