    Pros

Great team culture, management very down to earth, projects are generally interesting

    Cons

Remuneration is not in line with delivery expectations and strict recruitment criteria. Some projects can be long and boring to that extent. As expected for consulting, there is a lot of travel involved

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

None - high burn out rate; horrible management (think they own you) poor salary; "low-cost culture", they're a tin pot, moms and pops shop who hire socially inexperienced bookish staff.

    Cons

no integrity, long hours, bad pay, boring work, anxious work environment. Hats off to Solsky! He cashed out big time!!!
basically useless on a cv, who's heard of them. At least at serious consultancies, you get a good name on your CV.
