    I have been working at Poste Italiane full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Excellent work life balance, possibility to think big, possibility to leverage on big budget, easiness to build up strategic partnership

    Cons

    No accountability no meritocracy, too much beurocracy, decision totally centralized at the ceo level, very limited business oriented decision

    safety of a neverending working relationship

    Cons

    absence of meritocracy, thus really demotivating

    Still get the canche to have projects implemented

    good balance work/life but that all

    no career possibilty, nepotism no good management , salary is very low compared to type of work and work load.

    Advice to Management

    Pick people know their job and fire all friend of friend.Very few people on the management are good
