    Pros

    DG. is a great manager. Every one on the team was awesome.

    Cons

    Slow base. Decisions takes long time to get done. So may meetings ( most of them are useless), email would be enough.

    Pros

    Great management and support team. lots of incentive to hit targets. very friendly work place atmosphere. Company is always keeping employees in the loop as to whats going on with the company.

    Cons

    Company choosing to outsource to New York, which would be the only con of this awesome job.

    - Team building lunches
    - Relaxed work environment
    - Flexible work hours
    - Ability to work from home
    - Great place to get your foot in the media/publications business

    Cons

    - No job security due to poor financial status
    - Complete lack of transparency
    - There aren't any yearly employee reviews so you don't know how well or how poorly you're doing
    - Constant overturn
    - Managers who have been with the company for 10-20 years who are unwilling to adapt to change

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Even if the financial news is not good, share the news with your employees and discuss what actions are going to be taken to correct these issues. Empower your workforce and acknowledge their hard work, it's your employees and their dedication which will determine the outcome of your business!

    National Network, Superior digital resources and very talented senior level management team working hard to find the right formula for success.

    Cons

    Restructuring process is hard on morale for many of the legacy print employees, quarterly numbers are also coming in below target for the company as a whole
