    I worked at Potlatch

    Pros

As an intern I received excellent feedback on my progress and felt valued. The character of the people made it feel like family.

    Cons

The location of the mill was a little inconvenient, and it is surrounded by an economically repressed area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work! The mill manager went out of his way to involve me as much as possible. I admired his character and the way in which his leadership was responded to by the employees around me. In a short time over the summer I worked there I feel that I made meaningful and critical decisions that improved production and quality of the paperboard we made every day.
