Pros
there is a paycheck every 2 weeks
Cons
dirty, management doesn't care about anything but there own pocket.
Advice to Senior Management
Balance the work load to last the year, make sure all equipment works and listen to the staff they are in the field they see all for you. keep most of the general vacuum jobs for the slower months. so your staff are still employed through the year.
