    Pros

Acknowledge leader in Energy Distribution Empowerment Career opportunities Academic training/support Work life balance

    Cons

Office politics Inconsistency Culture Boys club Management need P&C empowerment

    Advice to Management

The direction the company has commitment to go is the right decision. Continuous improvement drives and successful delivery will drive the culture to soaring heights which leave only the best standing. General Managers and below need to separate "buddy" mentality with what is important to the success of this company.

    Advice to Management

Have the balls to make required changes. Stop giving unions all the power.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Powercor Australia full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Good city location.

    Cons

Not a progressive company. Slow people who are not bothered about there work and or have any passion or aspiration and managers have no balls to do anything about it. Company runs as like stuck in 1990's!

    Advice to Management

    Wake up!
