    Pros

Pay scale is higher than most other companies.

    Cons

Not enough support from corporate. Most people do not want to help you as they feel it it is forbidden to help out. Which leaves you always wondering of you are doing your job correclty. There was also too much turn over. If you did build a relationship it would not last long as usually people leave with in two years.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your people not the product.

    Pros

Make your money and leave. Decent money.

    Cons

Management cares only about numbers. Fail to make numbers and you are fired. Promotions aren't normal from within unless within management. Sales to management promotions don't really exist. Cashiers to sales associates have happened.

    Advice to Management

Be straight up with how the company is run so associates know what they're getting into.

    Pros

Good opportunity to work in a small team and learn a lot about the industry itself, the business side of fashion, and build up basic computer and analysis skills. It was more technical than I thought it would be, which was good. Shuttle to main subway stations after 6 PM was a nice service since the office is so far away from everything.

    Cons

Slowest computers on the face of the earth. Plus the outdated operating system. How do you expect someone to do work efficiently when it takes a full 10 minute to load the database file and it crashes when it tries to save every 4th attempt?

    Pros

It is a challenging company were you really learn to work under pressure and to cooperate with different actors involved in the process.

    Cons

First you are just a number ,very cold and cunning environment where the first thing you have to do is to protect yourself. It is a family business so even if sometimes orders lack of common sense you are just forced to follow it .

    Advice to Management

It is not an easy environment but you can get a lot of satisfaction when you complete your tasks despite all the troubles that u get in during the process.Just be the best in what you are doing and do not expect anything.
