I can know fashion, trends, and luxury is a booming industry in China.
Cons
Salary of sales people is not very high, employee's benefit is not well enough.
Advice to Senior Management
Offer more opportunity of promotion.

Pros
the pay was good, well above average (fashion and luxury sector);
the company's name looks good on your resume;
the offices are nice
Cons
you work overtime almost every day, and you often don't get paid for the extra hours;
if you end up with the wrong boss, you will be miserable (and it happens often)
Advice to Senior Management
pay employees for their overtime work (or reward the ones that often work extra hours);
be a bit kinder, respectful and understanding;
