    Pros

    Name looks good on resume
    If you can survive the Prada gauntlet, anywhere else is a cakewalk

    Cons

    Zero work/life balance
    No sense of cohesiveness with other departments or main headquarters
    Little to no growth, the company is so cheap they will refuse to promote people so they wont have to increase salary
    Extremely high turnover at Corporate and in the stores
    Depressing office environment
    Benefits are expensive
    Executive decisions are highly questionable because of the disconnect between them and those that are involved in the day to day

    Show some interest in finding out why people are leaving the company and try to fix it.

    Pros

    Working at Prada is not simply a job, but a way of life, filled with excitement, its share of challenges, all ultimately leading to a tremendous sense of self-fulfillment.

    Cons

    No cons at all.
    Always : true to the roots and the philosophy of Prada himself. Never : repeating recipes and good old formulas... And this never-ending energy all around us !

    Pros

    Sales associates can make up to 150k if you are a hard worker!

    Cons

    Aggressive sales competition, which can be good motivation , but emotions run high , if you are to good.

    All staff member from stock to general management are extremely knowledgeable and will educated of all products, in addition the detail and care for the guest is first class.

    Pros

    Great base pay and commission, good benefits.

    Cons

    Micromanagers, very strict with appearance, not a very welcoming environment, lots of pressure put on associates by managers to build clientele and to be aggressive to customers.

    maybe if you actually had proper training for employees the turnover wouldn't be so high.
