    Pros

Company provides good benefits: PTO , sick leaves, medical and dental. Uniform is provide every season and includes dry cleaning services.

    Cons

You get paid well but the company expects a lot from you. Turn over rate is high but it's quite normal for a retail job.

    Advice to Management

Supporting the staff is crucial. Find ways to eliminate frequent turn over. Best to promote within if the possibility is there. Provide better training and guide strict guidelines.

    Pros

    - great pay
    -looks great on resume
    - luxury
    -work with talented individuals
-if you can survive it here, then you can make it anywhere

    Cons

-Very HIGH turnover (remember the "work with talented individuals" part? most of them LEFT the company
-employees are very Miserable/unhappy and too stressed out
-lack of communication between corporate, upper management, operations, GMs
-lack of training (they run their own programs and changes constantly) and yet they expect you to deliver 100% of your A game
-upper management likes to use the "scare" tactics which never work

    Advice to Management

-clear, concised and consistent communication with your team
-get to know your team, see where they're struggling and try to find a solution to help each other; it costs less to re train rather than to hire a new person and train all over again.
-constantly threatening your employees will NEVER work. Instead, they will stop trying and start looking for jobs elsewhere. This is why this company has the highest turnover for luxury companies.
    -build loyalty
