I have been working at Prairie View A&M full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Instant gratification of helping African American and other minority students achieve their dreams, find belief in themselves, and grow!

    Cons

Administrators don't care about the professor or students. We are all sheep. They get paid well, make all of the decisions without faculty buy-in, and overwork professors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a younger administrative contingent. Care about your faculty who care about the students. You will have a much higher graduation rate and faculty retention rate.
