    Pros

Great place to grow and learn a variety of things. You are able to take away from this job whatever you desire.

    Cons

In this position you deal with a high volume of customers so it's hard to indulge in other areas of the IT field outside of your primary position.

    Pros

Some faculty are very helpful and encouraging. Very nice campus with beautiful landscaping. Jazz cafe is a great addition for getting away noise.

    Cons

Very disrespectful faculty that treat other adults like they are sub human. Students and staff often talked down to or made to feel like they are not worthy of faculty time.

    Advice to Management

Overall is needed in many areas especially those where the leaders abuse their authority and use their positions to sabotage others advancements.

    Pros

Instant gratification of helping African American and other minority students achieve their dreams, find belief in themselves, and grow!

    Cons

Administrators don't care about the professor or students. We are all sheep. They get paid well, make all of the decisions without faculty buy-in, and overwork professors.

    Advice to Management

Get a younger administrative contingent. Care about your faculty who care about the students. You will have a much higher graduation rate and faculty retention rate.
