Advice to Senior Management
Keep employees happier by giving better hikes/promotions to lower the attrition rate. Discourage preferential treatment of employees. Add some more class in the management level.
Pros

no separate QA ,designer all roles u have to do.
so many politics .biasing
you can not get good hike unless u r from a reputed institute.

Advice to Senior Management
establish good and minimum process in company other wise it will be as it is like 10 years before
Pros
This is good place to work only when you care for work. Quality of work is good here. Not only that, you will lot of exposure to new technologies.
Cons
Administration and management is very bad. Management always show their ego, while adminstration doesn't worry about employee satisfaction. They dont have any sales force to sell their product and services, that make then small company even after 10 years.
Advice to Senior Management
First of all, they should improve employee satisfaction. That is why, you hire from one side, and people left from other size. Management have to me more cooperative with employee. And you they should also think about raising their sales force.
Pros
Pramati Technologies is subdivided into Pramati Server Group and Services Group. Having worked in server team for about a year and a half I found that one learns a lot while working there. People senior in this organization are technically sound and innovative. Pramati focuses on Quality, in my times one was trained for 2-4 months before getting hands on the code which is a very good practice. There's reasonable amount of transparency between senior management people down the hierarchy. One can any day go and see his/her manager, HR or even the CEO. Everybody believes in an open door policy. Its a good company for freshers.
Cons
Pramati being a very small company has some serious issues:
1. The company lacks in infrastructure. It doesn't have a kitchen. The lunch is prepared and brought from some local operator. It's not good.
2. The HR management in this company is the worst. Nothing happens on time.
3. Quality Engineering here sucks. They have the dumbest of people in QEs.
4. Facilities are not upto the mark.
5. There's a lot of work.
Advice to Senior Management
Make Pramati Server Open Source and charge more for support.

No Dress Code U can wear anything to work here Capris , shorts T-Shirts unshave faces everyone is welcome here
Flexible work hours This is the ebst thing about working for Pramati U can choose to work from home if needed or drop in at a time convinent to you. As long as your team is happy with your timing no one can stop you
Lots of freedom no firewalls etc Here u can access any site you do not have any irritating firewall stopping u from accessing Orkut etc
Great hike Pramati si known to give an average hike of about 30% and if u are a loyal employee in this company then sky is the limit.
Cons
Too much is dependent on the team u work with and the team managers here have a lot of freedom so there is no check on them on how they treat their employees etc. In a particular team u can come to office at 12 and no one asks you. Similarly there is no attendence tracking mechanism so if ur team manager does not inform the HR about you being absent u can take more leaves than the stipulated 20
No proper leave policies and a lot needs to be done in terms of infrastructure Sucna sproper vending machines for tea/coffee etc and beeter facilites for canteen/
Advice to Senior Management
Ensure that there is proper communication between employees and encourage meployee feedback on a regular basis. See to it there are no discrpencies between employees
