I have been working at PreCash full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent place to work at the beginning under previous CEO John Cheney;since mid 2001 to 2006. It was an extraordinary place to work, good salaries, nice personnel, great team work.

    Cons

Company starting to decline after 2007, now much smaller and fewer employees. Need for innovation and new vision for the future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at PreCash full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Free breakfast once per week and 25 cent drinks

    Cons

The vast majority of executive management has little or no idea what they are doing, except when it comes to determining their pay.

Ideas are poor or copied and never make money.

If you like yelling, backstabbing, and finger pointing, you'll fit in.

The company designed software programs are always crashing.

New Ceo does not speak well at company events

Very unorganized. Treats employees like children. Some coordinators need to grow up.

I have been working at PreCash

    Pros

Days Off, company conferences, bonus pay. It's a small company and keeping that in mind there are expected growth issues. This could be a leading edge comapny it it really wanted to be.

    Cons

low pay, no telecommuting, slow progress -- Money is thrown at marketing that doesn't seem to work. Upper management is paid very well and the lower employees are not. Sales compensation is driven by transactions of the merchant and cannot be controlled by the sales agent in an uncertain market. Employee morale is down becasue of all of these particular issues at hand. This could be a forward thinking comapny if there were some younger representatives willing to take chances in the changing economy. National sales could be the bread and butter but they are slow to change and slow on the draw and should be more aggressive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

better pay for non-managment employees, telecommuting options for all who would like to consider this. Gas prices are high and employees will have a hard time making it to work.
