Pros
PCC is a great company to work for as far as compensation and potential for advancement goes. They pay competitively and have a good bonus program structure. They also are constantly looking for new talent in their staff to advance through the ranks quickly. They expect a lot and will give a lot in return for performance.
Cons
They are a very demanding company and will expect you to put your time in. Typically a 10-12 hour day is the normal. Also weekends are not out of the question and I typically spend at least 2 Saturdays a month at work.
Advice to Senior Management
I would suggest to senior management to better unify the way management is trained. Being is a few different facilities at this point, some aspects of how the business is run would be hard to tell were from the same parent company. Many plants still operate on old mentalities and need to be brought into the 21st century. However, overall, the general direction the company is being led in is intuitive and good practice.
