In a short period of time i went from knowing nothing about the job to job tasks being second nature.

    Floorhand (Current Employee) Williamsport, PA

ProsPay, benefits, 2 weeks off, and Per Diem make up for the four weeks away from home.

ConsThere are no request days off. Its a 28 on, 14 off work cycle with very minimal exceptions.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou should hire people with a little more intellect and customer service in your payroll and main offices. I have had multiple occasions where payroll messed up and lost their patience. Its enough to make a field employee quit. There are smarter employees in the field than in your office

Advice to Senior ManagementLet people know what's going on.
