The organization is able to move quicker, and ideas that are generated by the team are able to be considered and acted upon sooner. The company's reputation in the industry is for having "best-of-class" products. They are promoting relationships with their district managers and customers to further cement partnerships and growth in the coming years. Their products are backed by strong data packages. They have demonstrated and will continue to demonstrate consistent growth in the coming years.
Their size does not give the district sales managers the budgetary opportunities other company's might offer. The territories that the sales managers operate in are too large in some cases. The product portfolio is large, creating learning challenges for new employees.
Advice to Management
What has worked in past years to grow the company up to this point, might not work for the next 10 or 20 years. Seek out new and innovative processes and organizational changes to better equip the head office and sales force to new growth in the next decade.
