Its dirty work
Some heavy lifting required
Hand picking parts gets tedious and can be dangerous
Advice to Senior Management
Automatic powder loaders would be a great help. Buying 100% preblended powder would help blend quality and consistency. MPIF PMT tech training ought to be mandatory for everyone.
