Pros – Good benefit, free gear at the start of employment, possibility to change location, lots of room to move up in the company.

Cons – Lack of organization, average salary, lack of training for entry level positions, questionable equipment quality.

Advice to Senior Management – Make sure roughnecks that ask for extra work are getting it. Its hard for a roughneck that needs to work to hear that the company is always short handed and than to wait to be called and not receive the amount of hours that they were promised to get of expecting to get.
