    Easy place to be hired

    Cons

    Company with no direction and doesn't know what they want to be. Poor leadership team with ineffective management team that doesn't represent the truth and cannot be trusted. I have known about Precyse for years and their reputation as a low level "consulting" company is well desired. Negative culture that is driven by a core of long term management positions that manage by fear.

    Pros

    Pays employees very fairly. Offers plenty of work diversity to challenge employee skill sets and values professional development. Working remote provides plenty of flexibility in hours and ability to focus on productivity. Leadership breeds a high energy, creativity and innovative culture.

    Working remote somewhat hinders face-to-face interpersonal connection.

    Never compromise the high value you're placing on your employees. Continue the strong emphasis on professional growth and employee contribution.

    Pros

    Work from home is biggest pro for work-life balance. More recent attempts to promote a positive work culture among colleagues. Good PTO (paid time off) allowances.

    Cons

    Many managers over time, lack of consistency in management. Very difficult communication and company involvement due to remote nature of position. No set wage increases, 1 raise in 10 years after multiple requests. 401K was matching for a while, then nothing for a few years, now re-implemented at 0.25% matching.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would suggest for colleague retention, a better performance review tool and also to implement a fair basis for wage increases instead of making employees have to beg for it.

    It's a growing company with a lot of opportunity in the market

    There are a lot of projects and not enough process in order to see them through to completion in the desired timeline

    -Solid onboarding process with clear expectations for performance, most training is OTJ

    -Generally positive and progressive atmosphere

    -Ability to work from home 2 days per week for some positions, good work/life balance

    -There are many great people working here that are worth learning from

    Cons

    -Lack of internal mobility or clear career paths, long term employees seem to remain static

    -Benefits and raises do not seem to be very forthcoming

    -Lack of personal involvement or motivation from senior management

    -Middle managers seem either overburdened or are not knowledgable

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide more incentives to perform for colleagues at every level, and communicate these incentives clearly so that you retain and nurture your employees. Lack of reciprocal investment / return loyalty is the primary reason I am looking outside the company.

    Political, Secretive, Superficial, Unstable Budgets, Broken Promises

    Address the division between operations and sales so the sales team can do their jobs. this would decrease turnover on the sales team and increase sales...decide what you want to be as a company when you grow up.
